Performing since age 9, guitarist Willtone (a.k.a. Will Kaczmarek) has appeared as leader, sideman, and soloist in over 40 countries on 5 continents. He holds degrees in Jazz Guitar Performance and Electroniic Computer Music Composition from Northern Illinois University (DeKalb, IL) and has attended the Berklee Conservatory of Music (Boston, MA) on full scholarship, compliments of Fender Guitars. Will has shared the stage with J.J. Downs (Benny Hill Show Theme), Gail Nelson (Brecker Brothers), Tommy Morgan (Dances with Wolves Soundtrack), Harry B (The Harmonicats), and Ian Finkel (Tito Puente). He has been an instructor at NIU's Community School of the Arts. Currently he teaches classes at The Center (Elgin, IL) and private lessons at Fat Cat Guitars (Carpentersville, IL) in addition to maintaining his own studio in DeKalb. Will performs regularly throughout Chicagoland with The Incognitos and also appears frequently as a sideman and soloist.
